and all the newcastle fans who get interviewed,
and all of the banners in St. James's park.

I'm going to bring Shearer into this. How's his managerial record? Excuses... it's not his team, he's not been in charge long etc are not acceptable, everyone recognises that that team are far too good to be where they are.

"The bottom line for now is whether Hoddle can make a difference or at least give the demanding Spurs supporters something to cheer about. "The way I always saw it is the fans want a team who can play," Burkinshaw said. "They want individuals who are terrific technicians. They loved the likes of the Frenchman [David Ginola] and Glenn Hoddle, in his time, was a god."

"in his time".
Well done, you've proved that you're not reading things properly.

He was a fucking fantastic player, and as a PLAYER could do no wrong.

He tried to manage us, he was shit, he is no longer a "god" to us - although he was.

It's amazing how you've managed to clamp down specifically on a set amount of time, there.
As earlier you couldn't fathom the difference between this season, and last.
I again put it to you, and now coupled with your new found sense of exact time, that Keegan's 08/09 season at SJP actually got off to a rather fine start.
I'm sure you'll agree.

It was a bad start.
and I'm sticking to that.

There's a significant difference in time between the 70s and now

What was so bad?

You beat Bolton (big woop) and drew with a substandard Manchester united,
then you struggled to beat a team that nearly got relegated from the championship.

Yes. that's 4 Premiership points out of a possible 6.
Are you alright?
