I had a poo an hour or so ago
that I'd been holding in for a while. When it came out, I saw all these little wormy white sparks crawling across my vision, like fireworks celebrating the momentous release.

I've noticed these sparks from time to time when taking a particularly grand or difficult shit. Anyone else have them or know what causes them?
