Pretty much all new phones can do it.
The ones without internal GPS can use Bluetooth GPS instead.

I think I'll investigate this.
It seems to add the gps location to the picture data.

Ah well then, the software that goes with the phone will likely show you a map view of your photos.
Flickr might also do this; not sure.

My TV does. Plug in camera - photos show up with a little world map. Not much use to be honest.
