What other things can be planted now or in the next couple of months?

I HAVE NO IDEA
but i do know that my bean plants are almost ready for planting out.

I would imagine chard & spinach are ok still? they're pretty seasonal all the time.

We have a family of foxes in our garden. There's FOUR cubs and they're so cute.

We put food out for them and watch them play and chase each other.

That's really sweet.
Are they as brazen as the foxes around here? Where I live they stroll through the garden, give you a casual stare and stroll off. Same if you're out driving; casual stare, slink off.

Radishes
I think will grow later into the summer, also peas. We've got some tomatoes still going nicely, not ready to ripen yet so if you bought some they might grow bigger yet.
