I'm actually surprisingly good.
I think my back is starting to heal up - I can bend and twist a little now without too much pain and I'm weaning myself off the codeine/diclofenac.
I actually cleaned up my desk - I know - I'm stunned too! I have room to finish my quilt now!

tore a muscle in it ...
on wednesday morning. went to a&e on thursday morning after waking up and being so sore I couldn't bend, twist, stretch, lift or drop my head. it was a tad alarming - have never been in that much pain before.
