Ong-Bak is ok, if only they didn't repeat every single punch

Early Jackie Chan films are cheesy but good.

Yojimbo is an amazing film about a Ronin, but I suspect it doesn't have enough action for what you'd consider a proper 'kung-fu' action film
although obviously they do Kenjutsu.
