But their fanbase usually consist of pretentious indie wankers who think the band are better than they actually are. And I wouldn't wanna be a room with a whole bunch of their fans.

I don't think so
unless they go on about a joke he did a few years ago which was a brilliant cover of a previous comedian's joke, but he told it better because he finally found meaning in the joke where the previous artist didn't.
