I'd buy tthis house I'm renting
and make changes. Firstly, I'd fit every room with a picture rail.
Secondly, I'd wire the house for gigabit ethernet.
Thirdly, I'd come up with a bet way of distributing power - I've got three multiplugs in full use where my telly is and two where my PC is. There must be a better way of doing it - maybe a 12v DC ring.
