Okay, listen.
This place has managed fine without being in irc format for the best part of a decade. Some new person coming along and declaring that it's shit and should be changed is going to do little except be met with cries of 'fuck off.' If you can't get your head around how this place works, that is your problem and yours alone. 87229 people before you have managed just fine.
