My dear ma ma used to make elderflower wine in the airing cupboard in the kitchen. All the gas bubbling through the air traps and what not. Loads of memories about that.

i dont have an airing cupboard :(
the raspberry wine is in a demijohn; the blackberry wine is in a bucket to be demijohnned tonight; and the blackcurrants for wine #3 are still in my mum's freezer
