ah yes
I'm casseroling horrible cheap steak in red wine, onion, garlic, mushroom, mustard etc on a very slow heat.
The juices thereof will go into a peppercorn and cheese sauce later on.
Should be falling apart and delicious by the time I get around to eating it.
