they've got a massive dot matrix hazard sign up in E Ham High Street warning everyone that cases are super high. Unfortunately I suspect I am the only person who will have seen it who can read English.

If I pass by the town centre on essential business
there are always large groups of foreign types standing about chatting in their own language, or occupying the pavement outside their shops. Perhaps Boris should have several sets of subtitles, amirite.
