Bit late
I had lunch nearly two hours ago

It takes me a long time to eat anything
So I tend to leave long gaps between meals

I'm not sure that this makes sense
but ok

i have a restricted diet
as i'm missing 2/3rds of my stomach and about 6 feet of intestines.i very seldom take less than an hour to eat even a small meal and am usually not hungry for about another 6 hours, so my meal schedule is not what most people would call normal. i can't just eat sooner, i would be physically sick and might well end up in hospital.
even the chocolate truffles i had this morning, i only had 4, because i can't handle that much sugar without my body going into shock

Little and often, or healthy grazing
I think it's what people are supposed to do anyway

Dentists hate this!

that would be a good idea
but i can't eat a lot of foods i used to eat, so i'm not getting the nutrients and vitamins i need. i'll be on supplements for life and, even just taking those first thing in the morning can bloat me so badly that i can't eat a thing until the evening
