One day, while shooting a crucial scene in which the shark attacks a boat, the mechanical shark malfunctioned yet again, causing the cast and crew to grow increasingly agitated.
In an effort to lighten the mood, director Steven Spielberg climbed onto the boat's mast and began singing the theme song to "The Banana Boat Song" in his best Jamaican accent.
The cast and crew were so taken aback by Spielberg's antics that they all began to laugh, relieving the tension on set.

I asked chatbot to tell me anecdotes from Peter Biskin's Easy Riders, Raging Bulls.
...the scene in which Han Solo is about to be frozen in carbonite and Princess Leia tells him "I love you."
Ford's scripted response was "I know," but he reportedly felt that the line was too flat and unemotional for the moment.
On the day of shooting, he suggested the line "I love you too," and the rest is history.

The shark malfunctioned so often
That Spielberg nicknamed it the great white turd. The actual name of the shark was Bruce, named after Spielberg's lawyer.
