My sister gets this weird thing when she's in the car

She says it feels like she's lurching forward like on a roller-coaster

it can be, yes
I can be walking down the road, but it feels like I'm going up and down, as if I was on the deck of a ship. Other times, I can take ten steps quite normally and then, on the 11th step, it feels like I've dropped down 20 feet. It's very distracting.
