I'm sat in work Waiting for my shift to start. Then I've got the weekend off. By "off", I mean that I'll be helping mum, running round after the mental, doing housework, washing my uniform and visiting my dad in hospital.

How's your dad doing?Wife's mum is now at the 'sleeping most of the time' stage of dementia. She's happy enough but it's only going to end one way

He's bored out of his mind Still waiting for another scan to see if the fluid round his heart has gone and he still can't walk unaided. Hopefully, he'll be out next week. I think the mental is still quite a way away from the sleeping all day part, but she definitely is sleeping more than before
