Primal Scream used to be one of my favourite bands, and I can safely say that their last halfway decent album was Evil Heat, nearly 25 years ago.
Having said that, the album Bobby did with Jehnny Beth was surprisingly good.

XTRMNTR is the only album of theirs I own.
I liked it at the time, haven't listened to it for ages though
