Update - our flat roofs were well built in the first instance
and are in fine condition now. No need for checking for another 10 years. The inspector chap also complimented me on the cleanliness of the gutters.

Now THAT's something to be proud of!

You're confusing the concept of a public house
with a house. It's an easy mistake to make as they both include the word "house" but they are quite different.

If you asked if I live in a HOUSE where cheap, low-grade cocaine is readily available and fights happen regularly, that'd be different and the answer would be yes.
