General election: Photoshop Tories (This challenge is now closed)

A general election challenge - well four challenges - we'll keep them open until the actual election day. We'll make some funky graphs out of the entries - as we'll have our own anti-election of mockery. Who will be the most mocked?

The tories have used a very boring cover
purely so that the Labour one gets shopped more on b3ta and therefore the tories will win as the "less lampooned"

Getting rid of target-led culture and publishing healthcare providers' results. Introducing payment by results system for GPs and other health services*
