Victorian era beatbox app thing
I made this!
This is my big bedroom project of the year so far.
Have a look!
Your inner electro-monkey may become extremely titillated.
Edit: It is called WerkBench. Please tell your friends who might like it. I really want this to be my job!

I always tend towards the dance beats
but it is also really cool for sampling melodic stuff, voices, etc.
It can get very weird/cool very fast.
I'll be posting some more videos as I make them.

If i had an iPad I'd get that, by all I have is a crappy Chinese tablet, which I wish I'd never got.
That said if Google come come out with a cheapo tablet this year, which they might, I'll get one, as I do like the Android OS.

I don't personally know too many people who have iPads
but I know that a lot of people on the planet do. I'm hoping that it will reach them somehow.
Also, I'll be putting out a scaled down iPhone version in a few weeks.
Android versions in time if this has enough energy around it.

Well your app looks amazing fun.
I have an Android phone and will definitely get it.
But yeah probably worth concentrating on the iPhone version first.

You'll need the finger dexterity of a victorian child worker
to use an iPhone version, surely?
Not that I wouldn't want one, mind.

You make it look very easy -
or, is it really as easy as that? It sounds fantastic either way, brilliant job.

I hope it is!
Everything is locked into that rhythmic grid so all the sounds are always on time.
I did spend a bit choosing the right sounds to sample for the demo.

Why wouldn't you
This looks ace though. Very simple to play with but you can see how it could work for professionals. Good luck!

Excellent stuff!
I've left a review on the app store - i think they are part of the voodoo they use to calculate what apps to feature and stuff, so everyone get reviewing!
