Ignore Me Button

Any chance of making an Ignore Me button so users you don't want reading and/or commenting on your work can be told to Ignore and so don't see your posts?

It would cut down on a hell of a lot of the trolling from /talk. If they can't see you, they can't troll you....

You could send a list of everyone you don't like to the mods and demand that they get an immediate IP ban.

Or, you could just ignore the users that you don't like (works for me)?
Or, do you post something, then agonise over the fact that someone that you're ignoring may have commented on your post?
