is something. I do strength training and started with Stronglifts 5*5 and combine that with cardio training which never involves a cardio machine or the knee/hip killing of running. This training is type I and type II muscle strength and conditioning which is proven.
Oh and all the unproven naturopathic medicine I can get my hands on whilst shoving reiki practitioners up my arse.
