This is a question Crappy relationships

"Recently," Broken Arrow tells us, "The missus informed me that her brother was moving with us." What has your partner done that's convinced you the magic's gone? "Breathe" is not an answer.

Silent treatment
She didn't speak to me for three days because I was mean to her IN A DREAM.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 0:09, 32 replies)
been there
nutter

You've been in Beve The Spaniard's dream?

(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 1:16, closed)
Not his dream...
... his partner's dream of course!
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:20, closed)
been there too

(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 1:35, closed)
wow! i'm glad i'm not the only one to get this
she's not got red hair and tattoos as well does she? *spooky music*
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 1:45, closed)
This is so stupid that i would think you were lying,
if this hadn't constantly happened to me
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 2:33, closed)
I got punched whilst asleep
as i'd started talking to an ex-girlfriend (from 20 years ago) in her dream.

I can hardly even remember what she fucking looked like 20 years ago, and haven't seen her since.

Women. Can't live with 'em. Can't sleep either, apparently.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 7:21, closed)
Also hit while asleep
Seems I was talking to another woman in her dream.
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 7:51, closed)

I loled at this and told my missus in disbelief - and she said her ex was like that too; he'd take the dream very seriously and treat her accordingly. Retard.

Admission
I (allegedly) once rolled over in my sleep and shouted 'WHY DO YOU HATE ME SO MUCH?'

In my defence, I was mid-dream rather than holding a grudge based on the wanderings of my subconscious.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 7:49, closed)
Now that's right off the batshit-mental scale!

The Lovely Mrs Ring of Fire does this occasionaly. Not three days
but certainly a bit 'off' for an hour of so.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 8:39, closed)
Somewhat similarly....
... Mrs Ugi sometimes gets annoyed that I don't remember a conversation we have had and then realises that we discussed the issue in her dream. C'mon now! I try my best but remembering a conversation which occurred solely in someone else's head is beyond even me!
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 8:56, closed)
All women assume we are able to read their minds
...then get annoyed when we can't (which is entirely our fault, of course)
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:59, closed)
I get this with conversations too....
.. we will be taking about one thing and then she will throw in some random question or statement about something entirely different without any hint as to the new topic of conversation. Typical conversation goes thus...

Mrs Ugi: "So I thought I might have a main meal at work today since we are both working late. We can have some noodles or something when we get in. Oh and did you deal with that form?"

Me: ??????
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:18, closed)
happened
at least twice. I feel your pain.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:09, closed)
I have to confess
I once stopped seeing a woman I'd been out with a few times, purely because I'd had a horrific dream about her vagina. It was all I could think about whenever I saw her.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:11, closed)
Yup, been there
not 3 days though.

Batshit mental the lot of 'em.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:19, closed)
Clicks
Because I too have suffered for something her imagination version of me did to her- damn that bloke
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:33, closed)
Been there to
i was shagging her sister behind her back in her dream, only get weird treatment for a few hours though. I wish I was di Caprio in inception, at least then i'd have something to feel guilty about
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:38, closed)
I think you should ask what you did in the dream and then do it.
If you going to be in the dog house at least be there for a reason.

Also the silent treatment is the best sort.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 9:46, closed)
hehe true
Next time, ill tell her whatever happens in the dream we have to do. Her sisters quite fit too!

I can imagine it now.

"eghhh it was horrible, you were doing my sister up the arse"

"Hmm nice, you grab the car keys and i'll get the lube"
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 14:12, closed)
oooooh yes
I too have fallen victim to an ex's warped psyche - in her dream, I was bonking her (vastly underage) little sister, didn't speak to me for a good week. Come to think of it, I could write for days about that delightful little cnut, proper mental nutter she was...
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:08, closed)
Her vastly underage sister's delightful little cunt?

(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:23, closed)
I'm a cad and a bounder in my wifes dreams
Not only am I a prolific adulturer but I've cheated on her with some very random women too.

That women off of the Malteser advert the other night. WTF, seriously?!
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:56, closed)
Yes, this happened to me as well with my ex
But it was just for one entire day that she refused to speak.
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 10:58, closed)
My wife once gave me shit for cheating on her in a dream
Women!

not my other half but my boss...
...he is an understanding type and we've been on various MASSIVE DRUG fuelled adventures so I knew he was a good person to work for. But one day when we were out visiting customers he told me that he'd clocked I'd had a lot of Mondays off 'sick' and it prolly wouldn't go un-noticed by the senior management. Just a friendly warning rather than a bollocking, which meant it had more gravity in my mind... especially as I couldn't remember being retarded enough to take lots of Mondays off...

a few weeks later he asked if he'd said that to me and I meekly answered in the positive, he chuckled and then apologised quite profusely as he'd only dreamt the misdemeanour.

bosses eh?
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 13:45, closed)
I used to get this fairly regularly too
And the ex was fairly normal!
(, Tue 26 Oct 2010, 18:35, closed)
I have to echo what augsav said, about it being retarded beyond words, but luckily I've never had it myself...
The first time I heard about this happening to someone, I dismissed it as bullshit - surely no-one's that retarded?

I told a female friend about hearing this, many years later, and she said that she'd known many men who'd had this happen to them.

I said to my friend, right there and then, that if any woman said that to me, I'd leave her on the spot. Married for 25 years, life-long partners, whatever. Outenzi, sharpish. And I still stand by that.
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 3:36, closed)
No you don't
You're just acting tough.
