fittewd where the glove compartment was and played records i assume using the battery to power it.

completely fuck up all your records. Personally I put on surgical gloves each time I handle my vinyl. Which I only play in a sealed room, so that no dust particles or germs can contaminate my beloved discs.

vinyl has better sound resolution than cds...
frankly the outcome was that its bollocks and cds have a far better frequency range and store the audio data in a far more effective way..
Although having said thst i do occasionally buy records cos they are pretty.
