
That last photo is the morning after - it had been cooking for about 10 hours.
It smelled great but I was in no state to eat it so it stayed in my fridge for a week until i threw it out.

You can get them in most thai/malaysian places.
And yes there will be more entries but I can't guarantee that I'll be hammered every time.

Traditionally they'd use lime juice and palm sugar but these days they just splash some coke in there.

If so, this is getting a little disappointing. I wished it was something that started off good but then went downhill as more and more drunken flavor epiphanies made their way into the crock pot. That'd be super entertaining. You could even get people to pay for your beer by promising glorious recipes.
