but by the time they get there the war will be over

# The hospital have told her not to stress and to try and relax as much as possible
The options are:
1) Fly to Madrid and try to navigate her way up to Bilbao and get a ferry back from there, which will be a nightmarish journey of epic proportions and about the most stressful thing she could put herself through
2) Stay put and hope the airline can fly her out relatively soon - apparently they have booked her on a flight of Friday, but whether that takes off or not is uncertain...anything later than that and she'll start to get quite seriosuly ill :/

Not a great choice tbh

# Can't they somehow get the drugs to her, rather than the other way round?

# we've talked about it
but without air mail there's no guarantee that they'll get there in time either

Currently looking into the possibility of driving out there

# ouch
you could get someone to courier her the drugs - or would that be prohibitively expensive?

# yeah, looking into that now
my auntie may be able to drive out there but even so we need to get my mum from Tenerife onto the mainland
