What's confusing about it?
You merely pay a sum each month (which is different from month to month and comes out on random dates), then you pay 6 months in advance of what you actually need and then at the end of those six, pay for 13 more (with 6 being at a different rate).

My biggest beef with them at the moment is that I'm trying to switch from annual DD to monthly DD, but I don't really see what I should have to pay for 6 months TWICE.
