Might not be new to you, but Table Styles is a biggie for me, previews on the pages palette, better indicators for locked and master page items, the layers palette is much better organised and arranged.
One of my mates is very excited about the 'Gap Tool', but I have no idea what it is yet

be nice if Adobe hadn't buried the text direction styles - I've started to do more stuff in Arabic and it's a pain in the arse

Luckily stuff in Arabic and what have you is outsourced. thank god.
