# best optimisation tip I have is
remove every second frame and double the frame-display time... if it doesn't work, go through again doing the same (if possible) or look for frames where there isn't a big difference in movement from the previous frame and delete. taking frames out reduces the filesize dramatically and means you don't have to necessarily use too much lossy or reduce the colours too much.
