A lot of it's fairly straightforward like people needing sick notes, repeat prescriptions or coming with coughs and colds.
You've got very limited time per person so you don't want too many people coming in with interesting stuff cos the boring stuff's usually quick to sort out.
But you do get interesting / unusual cases every day and occasionally very sick people who need urgent hospital admission. We do a couple of home visits a day too.
People tend to have specialist interests as well. Mine's dermatology so I get to cut off moles and things.
