Not exactly 'poor chap'he gurns to the camera during a siege which is suppose to portray the Police as being incontrol and sensitive and we have Macho Dickhead thinking he's Rambo with a Tazer. The more this becomes a meme the better as I'm sure his bosses will have something to say about his professionalism... "Go on my son!" or something of that ilk :D
