
He is more blurred than the background. Can't add detail to him. So I'd blur the background more. I'd match his tone to the background too.
The background also has no definitive light direction. So foreground images wouldn't be matched by adding more contrast. Dodge and burn are out.
Blur the 3 guys; but just a bit. the highlights can be taken down a tiny bit.
The cape is fucked at the back. download a curtain image and fake it back on. sharpen his legs up a tiny bit and add a bit more contrast.
as for the jpeg matching problems on him. I make lots of layers of noise, despeckle and facet and blend them as best I can. Not got that down yet.
