Photo matching is hard for me. I find it very hard to match Jpeg texture so I've been looking into how this can be done.
Also I find it hard to match overall colour and tone.
exposer matching is harder still - the eye brighter than the lights, shadows need to be the same.
So I had a go. I'll take it down if you ask.
constructive criticism welcome.

He is more blurred than the background. Can't add detail to him. So I'd blur the background more. I'd match his tone to the background too.
The background also has no definitive light direction. So foreground images wouldn't be matched by adding more contrast. Dodge and burn are out.
Blur the 3 guys; but just a bit. the highlights can be taken down a tiny bit.
The cape is fucked at the back. download a curtain image and fake it back on. sharpen his legs up a tiny bit and add a bit more contrast.
as for the jpeg matching problems on him. I make lots of layers of noise, despeckle and facet and blend them as best I can. Not got that down yet.
