But I think his "victimization" might have something to do with the fact that he was denied planning permission to put up a 12-foot high concrete fence around his property, and he went ahead and did it anyway, then appealed against the obvious judgement in every single court in the UK, only conceding and removing the fence when the case was just about to go the the European court of appeal.
I believe it's right to stick to your guns in the face of any amount of pressure for the right issues, but I think doing it over something as petty and selfish and dickish as this is pathetic.
