
Holding London to ransom isn't the answer. Maybe they should agree to work for the average wage for someone with their level of training? The savings could employ even more ticket office staff.

How so? Everyone have the right to withdraw their labour if for any reason safety, conditions, pay and agreements are not met.
The media will always view such disputes from the interests of the Bosses, and the Tube Workers are put under their distorted magnifying glass and made out to be thugs and almost terrorists because they have the audacity to go on strike to protect their livelihoods.
