TJ: did you know that the human brain is very easy to fool, especially when it comes to the more recently evolved senses such as the gustatory sense (taste)

for example, if you think about squeezing an orange into a glass, some people taste orange in their mouth, but more people are capable of tasting salt in their mouth just by tipping their head back, opening their mouth and pretending to shake a salt cellar onto their tongue.

I had a tin of meatballs and a tin of mushy peas for my lunch. It didn't taste anywhere near as magnificent as I was expecting
