When in Vegas a few years ago, we went to the Nine Fine Irishmen bar in the New York New York hotel.There we found they do a cocktail called a Michael Collins, which is, in essence, a half of Guinness with a depthcharge of Tia Maria.
I suggested that to return the favour we could open a bar called the Godless Infidels and have a celebratory cocktail called the Osama Bin Laden.
Apparently that's different, though.
