who owned his own company. If you were in his shoes and owned your own company, would you speak to your staff like that? Maybe it's because a lot of the staff where I work are of the older generation and I respect my elders, but I wouldn't say to people "fucking do this" and "fucking do that" without actually doing any hands on work himself. How is that meant to gain the respect of people you have just met. No wonder he got fired.
