I was going to pull a kitty out of a hat, but it seems good photos of old fashioned top hats are hard to come by...
I suppose putting it on his head is the next best thing. I just had to have a hat in there somewhere~_*

Please take to heart this poor kitty and try to keep a handle on the Woo Juice!
