"Offie" is short for "off-licence", ie premises that have a licence to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises.
These days we're so sophisticated, we also do tinnies. Actually, it's mostly tinnies. Well, it is for me, anyway.

I find that to be most refreshing.And dread going out again. It's just the three or four months o ver the summer that were very hard last year. Seems cooler this year, though.
