Concidentally, Last night I bought his "complete works" as a treat for myself. /blog
I read that he was a bit mad towards the end of his life and though that people lived in his piano and helped him compose.

like the kid who gets picked last in PE. He came to the UK for and the piss-poor British weather made him ill and he went down to about 6 stone and never really recovered.
