Being a parish councillor I am often on the receiving end of "sternly-worded-letters"Most are just grumpy and petty, but a really good one can raise the odd chuckle. I tell you, it is an art form!

Never had a why-o-whybut many more than statistically possible start out "I feel it is my DUTY to point out....
