No. Being squashed and hot doesn't make it a good sandwich. A bit of gooey cheese can, I admit, make a nice change. But just put it in the microwave for 30 secs and spread it on. It'll save you 5 minutes and you won't have to use shit chiabattawhatever bread in a vain attempt to make something authentically italian.
