Salad in the early months means spring is on the way. I have eaten some great cheeses recently too.

I love cheeses although I'm a bit boring and only buy Extra Mature Cheddar I think I need to expand my tastes

Really really reallytry Jervaulx blue. Salty like a good Montgomery cheddar and perfectly blue and creamy. I just found out it was an English cheese too. If you like extra mature I reckon that will suit.
