you can try turning up 'lossy'... sometimes a very low setting makes a big difference to file size.
Also, take a look at the dither options. The less dither, the smaller the size.
One other weird thing, if you're not using transparency try unchecking it, sometimes it makes a big difference, although sometimes it actually increases the file size.
