I had to look that up on urban dictionary. It's hard being American on here sometimes, but on the plus side, I get to use word that confuse my friends now.

it's not scallyness that bothers me, it's the fact that any time a scouser is shown on t.v, they seem to go out of their way to find the person with the worst and chavviest accent, which just reaffirms the rest of the country's view of us
