# Well, mine's somewhat less than awe-inspiring.
But (perhaps cynically) I knew a Beatlepic'd stimulate people a bit.

# i may have mentioned somewhere on here before, i more of a stones fan.
the beatles do seem to be much more shoppable though.

# Well, it's Beatles in the winter and Stones in the summer, innit?
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 3:23, archived)
# Not here (Southern USA)
It's Stones in the winter and stupidly big Beetles in the summer.

# And so to bed.
The beetles compel me. They're complaining about the light from my monitor, I won't be able to hold them off for long, the shotgun is nearly out and I only have 1000 rounds for the 45.

# Living in my own head (as I spend far too much time doing), in the southern parts of the USA,
I'd like to spend my summers listening to the 13th Floor Elevators and Royal Trux. And the Rolling Stones, of course ;)
*Is tempted to roll out a list of tons of other stuff too*
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 3:42, archived)
# So you get the Beetles for free too?
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 3:44, archived)
# Beetles records are the most horrifically expensive records a chap can buy.
Fortunately, I got the ones I like as presents. Except the white album, which is so expensive it makes one's toenails turn black.

# I have loads of beetles records
I as hoping to sell them, but they're not really expensive
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 4:24, archived)
# Sounds like your adventures in flat-pack furniture were resolved without catastrophe. Good.
But inexpensive Beeetles records are a myth. A phantasm. A chimera.
*just bought a CD of the white album for £4.99. But it was sodding second-hand.*

# hang on, let me see if i added them to discogs
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 4:46, archived)
# nah, i took them off
i did have a quick look and i suppose when you look at what you would pay in the shops for a record, some old beatles would seem a bit expensive.
not nearly as much as i've traded some records for though ;)

# oh and yeah, furniture up, and is still after 30 minutes
chalked that one up as a success.
i've sustained no injuries too, so that's bonus.
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 4:54, archived)
# Hey, if you've got some old Beatles records to sell for cheap, GAZ me.
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 5:04, archived)
# sure, but i won't be able sell you any until next summer
my vinyl's all up in my folk's loft and i won't be back that way until next year.
you may need to remind me ;)

# WIN
I'm starting to regret not removing all their limbs now. It was clearly do-able.
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 5:51, archived)
# do it!
DO IT NOW!

# I don't think I can.
Firstly, I'm so smashed I'm having to close one eye just so that I can see my hands as they type,
and secondly, people would rightly want to kneecap me if I posted a slightly different picture in a new thread (making an effort to assemble a new pic just to bung it in an existing thread being, of course, unthinkable).

# i'm pretty sure we're the only two people here
and at this time of the day, who would really give a fuck?
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 6:27, archived)
# Good point.
But sorry, I'm just fukt.
(, Tue 26 Apr 2011, 6:35, archived)
# that's fair enough
