Yeah the context of the original image was to 'shop the words RIS in Morrisonas if the neon lights had gone out to display the word Moron - but someone replied "RIS? I don't get it" and it caught on - the latest one was one of a Police Car in a disable zone at a supermarket and Prodgidy69 commented "Triple Points Weekend?" deliberately and comically missing the point and referring to the sign in the background. So any Real Photo Sunday (RPS) images that are now posted are often accompanied with "RIS?" "Triple Points Weekend!" or "Why am I looking at a picture of your *insert funny remark*"
