Personally, I found this picture funny. It's a shame the whole bickering had to take place, but at least something semi-amusing came out of it.
I don't think the picture you posted before would have been such a problem if it wasn't animated. I scrolled through when you posted it, and said 'Oh. Look at today's birthdays. Vectorlicious.'... then when I scrolled by again, there were real life norks in my face. It was unexpected. I think it's fine when it's arty (even if YOU FILTAHED!). It's just hard to get away with actual unedited photographs, even if they're only a frame of an animation. And it's unlikely most bosses would accept the excuse 'It was arty a second ago'!
There has been much worse on here. Some unlinked. But it's just considered nice and civil-like to link if there are any complaints. Which you did.
Better to make people have to be interested enough to click than to deal with someone who got sacked over something you've posted for the rest of your internets experience, in my opinion. I think most people look forward to your morning birthday posts, and I'm pretty sure most of us who weren't at work would have clicked to see it anyway.
I think Dixon's therapy is working... and maybe one day he'll stop having nightmares about boobies in the workplace... so hopefully we can resume normal birthday times now, yes?
That said, your all gay.
