it's really easy
and very light. just threw everything into a pan for 5 minutes. the prep takes longer than the cooking.

I know i'm taking the piss here, but Aldi do sell bread in tins, you have to roll them out and bake them, but they are little bread rolls!

Now this is something I did today was to bake a loaf of bread
all made and kneaded by hand and baked in the oven - we have a breadmaker but it doesn't taste the same.

You need to bake it for about 20-25 minutes in a medium/hot preheated oven (Gas mark 6)
you can always tell when it's cooked throughout by tapping the bottom of the loaf if it sounds hollow it's done.
